If you have a Frances Online account

The best way to contact us is to send a secure message through your Frances Online account. If you send a message while logged in, we can quickly verify your information and respond. It also keeps your information you send securely connected to your account.

Instructions on how to send us a message from your Frances Online account:

  1. Go to frances.oregon.gov and locate the Employees and Claimants panel. Select “Log on to Frances Online.” In the new screen that opens, enter your username and password to log in to Frances Online.
  2. From your Home screen, go to the I Want To...tab.
  3. In the Messages panel, select “Send a Message.”
  4. The Select Account screen will open, asking you which account this message is about. Select “Paid Leave Benefits.”
  5. Select the specific time period your message is about. If you’re not sure, you can select “This message doesn’t concern a specific period.”
  6. Select the specific issue your message is about. If you’re not sure, you can select “Other.”
  7. Write a detailed message about your issue. Give us as much information as you can so we can respond appropriately. You can attach documents to this message to give us more information. Add your documents by selecting “Add Attachment.”
  8. If you want to save or cancel your message before you send it, you can select the “Cancel” or “Save Draft” buttons at the bottom of the screen.
  9. When you are finished, select Submit. A confirmation screen should open, telling you that your message has been sent.

If you don’t have a Frances Online account, you can:

  • Call us: 833-854-0166 (toll-free), Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
  • Fill out our Contact Us form – this form is only available in English and Spanish.

Note: Paid Leave Oregon doesn’t have a fax number. If you need to send us documents, please:

  1. Upload them to your Frances Online account OR
  2. Attach them to our Contact Us form

If you need help in a language that isn’t English or Spanish, please email us at access.paidleave@oregon.gov and write your preferred language in the subject line. Include any information to help us contact you, like your phone number and the best time to call. We will contact you in your preferred language.

Report fraud

If you received a letter for a claim that you think is fraudulent, or if you think someone has used a stolen identity to file a claim, use our Report Fraud form.

Invite us to your event

If you would like Paid Leave outreach staff to attend your event or give a presentation, please fill out our Contact Us form and on screen three, in the “Category” dropdown menu, select “Request a program presentation.”
